    My only biggest compliant is to be aware of the hiddn fees. they ask for $260.00 on a credit card for incidental, and an additional $25.00 a day ...

    My only biggest compliant is to be aware of the hiddn fees. They ask for $260.00 on a credit card for Incidental, and an additional $25.00 a day for resort fee. That was very uncalled for. Specially when you did'nt know ahead of time. It was embarrassing, a gentleman was there at thcounter checking in with us and offer to use his credit card. We wouldn't accept, we had it but it was to use on the spa, and other luxury things we wanted to do. It was noisy to with lot of kids, ask for the adult side or quiet side of the hotel.
