The room was fine but the bathroom was dirty and appeared moldy in places. The water in the swimming pool was unheated. The ice machine didn't work. Internet was very slow and at times didn't work. The breakfast was not available at the time it was supposed to be available.

This was such a nasty experience. There was blood in my bathroom from a previous occupant, and I had to clean it myself because the employees did not address it after 3 days. I was in town for a forensics seminar and I know blood. I would have found another place but I'd made the reservations months in advance. I had to vaccum the room myself, there was pink mildew in the shower, the room stank of cigarettes, the only ice machine available for all 4 floors was broken, and even the staff was vocal about the nasty conditions in the hotel. There were handprints on the glass doors, etc. I would never return even if the stay were free, and I recommend you steer clear. Totally disgusting place to stay, and their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a total lie. When I tried to report the unsanitary conditions, the hotel staff responded with an email that said, "We didn't see any blood!" That's because I cleaned it, duh! Trust me when I say you should not stay here!

When I arrived in the room on a December day, it was 60 degrees in there and the thermostat was not on. I had to call the front desk to find out how to turn the thermostat on so I could heat my room (no instructions anywhere in the room). I was told I needed to press a button on the side of the wall unit across the room from the thermostat. In order to find this button, I had to pull one of the beds away from the wall to plug the bedside lamp in so I could see where to press the button. The second issue I had was they did not use trash can liners - I felt uncomfortable throwing things away that might leave a mess (like a used coffee filter). Third, the hair dryer did not work, and I had to call the front desk to fix it. Fourth, the internet was spotty at best - I had to call tech support to get my computer to access their wireless (I'm an IT professional), and it only worked for a few hours of the 4 days I was there. Fifth, at least 2 times I had to get my room card "fixed" at the front desk - I would come back to my room, only to find that the card didn't work, and have to all the way down to the front desk to get it fixed. They didn't ask questions or apologize for this - it seemed routine to them. It didn't happen each day, so it's not like they reset the keys every day and just forgot to tell me. Overall, it was a bed and a shower where I needed it. I won't stay there again.
