Was a little taken aback by it having multiple floors but no available elevator. I'm physically fit, yes, but having to lug luggage up stairs was not pleasant. My tub was clogged up initially but they were very responsive in fixing it. The room was clean and the scent of the provided soap, lotion and shampoo smelled great. The sheets did not fit properly on the bed though, so that doesn't make for a pleasant sleep for a wild sleeper. The breakfast was very accomodating.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about - The room was clean, the staff courteous, pillows plump and fluffy, and the beds were so comfortable I almost put one in my suitcase to take home... The only complaint is nothing that can be fixed without major renovations: Way back when there were no distinctions between "smoking" and "non-smoking" rooms, ours had been a "smoking" room. They have obviously worked very hard to eliminate the odor, but nothing short of new wallpaper and new carpet can do that. If I return to the area, I will be staying there again - Great price, nice hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised to discover the beds were similar to Sheraton Sleeper beds; very comfortable and clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The included buffet breakfast was also quite good; hot items as well as cold cereals, etc. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat and actually will soon.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the breakfast with lots of vegetarian choices and food that tasted good and was fresh. The location is convenient if you are traveling, it is just off I-95. It is close to restaurants and shopping. One downside for some people would be that there is not an elevator
