Ok, here goes... I stayed here with my mom and little sister just a few days ago for vacation. We were not expecting 5 star service for the price we paid, but at least expected a clean room. When we arrived in our room, we noticed a faint cigarette smell. The carpet looked very old and dingy and there were no blinds in our room only curtains that barely covered the window for privacy. I went into the bathroom and noticed "yellow drippings" on the toilet seat. Being a bit of a clean freak, I pulled out my disinfectant spray and cleaned the toilet and wiped it down. The bathtub was disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. The remote would only work for the tv if you smacked it. I thought the batteries were low so as i attempted to changed them, i noticed the back of the battery compartment was screwed shut. We had a king size bed that was really just two full sized beds pushed together. The internet was horrible. I tried to call the front desk and noticed the phone was not even hooked up! I plugged in the phone to call the front desk and she was less then accommodating. The next day I was on my way to the front desk to complain and i ran into our housekeeper. I told her we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of our room and told her there were even ROACHES!!! She said she would take care of it. About 20 mins later, the Head Housekeeper came to our room and inquired about our complaints. Her response for the yellow drippings on the toilet seat was that it was cleaning solution and to just get over the roaches because we were in Florida. I was so angry! I told her the sink had a very slow drain and she said she would get maintenance to fix it, which never happened. Housekeeping Never Serviced Our Room!!!!! Garbage never emptied, never vacuumed, nothing! We ended up walking all the way to the front desk every time we came in for the day to request towels and hand towels. There was even one night we came back to the hotel and there was a bag tied to the door handle OUTSIDE with our towels in it!!! I mean what kind of hotel does that??? The desk in our room did not have a chair and in its place was a luggage rack. Bottom line if you are reading this please STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I have stayed in hotels paying less than I did here a night and received better service and had a very clean room. This place should be condemned!!!!!

The pillows on the beds were quite lousy and not great for sleeping. They were thin, lumpy and seemed very worn out. Also, the AC unit was inadequate for the room, it took a very long time to cool down. The included breakfast promised a lot of things, but all that was there was waffles, donuts on only our first morning, and mango juice. There was supposed to be more according to the sign in the lobby but it was disappointing. Also no free internet I'm all for using cheap hotels, but this one was not worth it

Quiet, clean, good smeling room, clean sheets, good bed, hot shower, clean carpet, working fridge and microway. Good breakfest. helpful, pro custumer desk. Please keep this way. we`ll be back.

The hotel is comfortable. The breakfast should be improve, more things to eat like apples, danish, etc.
