The photos on the site come very close to constituting fraud, in my estimation.They are at the very least misleading -- new management took over 6 months ago and ripped out all the ""executive suite"" rooms and put in rooms with tiny bathrooms. Our mattress was a big piece of FOAM -- no inner coil springs. The pillows were impossible...felt like pillowcases full of old towels. And the towels? You could read a newspaper through them, they were so thin. Coarse, too. No clean-up service ever appeared on one day of our stay. The breakfast buffet was a mismatched and unimaginative collection of frozen junk. No microwave in room; no mini-fridge, either. The TV was a small, cheap-looking CRT job. In short, it appears that management has decided to cut every conceivable corner to mazimize profit and miniimize cost. The price to the guest is an almost total lack of amenities, and little comfort. The staff, including the manager to whom we spoke, seemed to be unconcerned.
