just used for a few hours before our flight, it is close to the airport and we were able to park and fly

The help was nice, the room ok. The hotel really really needed a year end cleaning realy bad.

Pine-Sol and cigarette smoke odors were overpowering. Managers seemed very friendly and helpful, they just are captaining the titanic though. Start over is the only hope here.

The place is in dire need of a makeover. One of the lights over the vanity was not only burned out but GONE. When I checked out the next morning the clerk didn't even come to the desk. He called out from another room and asked if I was checking out. When I said yes he told me to just leave my key since I was already paid. Terrible customer service.
