    The hotel lobby reaked of cigarette smoke, the 5 story hotel has 1 small elevator, the wait was long, the air conditioner did not work and the desk staff told ...

    the hotel lobby reaked of cigarette smoke, the 5 story hotel has 1 small elevator, the wait was long, the air conditioner did not work and the desk staff told us to try to reset it - "they didn't have anyone available to fix it", the room was very small and the bathroom was tiny with a towel rack that fell off the wall, at check out we were charged for another party's room - the staff at the front desk were surly and refused to call the manager
