The night I stayed, I counted 13 cars in the lot. In other words not very busy. The service was friendly and the room was clean. However, I am pretty tall and was put in a handicap accessible room where everything was really low. The sink was really low and inconvenient. The room also provided me a full size bed where the mattress was dipping in the middle and showing its wear. For how slow it was, I felt they could have given me a more appropriate room for my size as well as to make a more positive impression for my first stay there.

This is not a luxury hotel, but it is clean and quiet. At $* plus taxes I found it to be surprisingly expensive in this small rural town market. Similar rooms available in Cedar Falls (15 miles) for much less. I will avoid this motel in the future at these prices.
