I needed a place for a few days business in Boise. As my wife would be traveling with me I thought a place near the shopping mall would be nice. At check-in, the front desk staff was cheerful and efficient. My reservation was in order and the correct room type provided. The room was clean without any 'funky' smells and appeared comfortably spacious. The room did not have a microwave or fridge. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable with a decent selection of pillows. the bathroom was clean and without visible signs of water damage. The shower curtain is not the popular curved style and in fact was mounted to far inboard resulting in it being too close for comfort. This is a "nit-pick" I know but I found it annoying. It is also the only negative I have to say about the accommodations. The complimentary breakfast was quite good with a nice selection of fruits, breads, cereals, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and juice. The pool is open 24/hrs and is long enough to swim laps without having to turn after a stroke and a half. The hotel is just across the parking lot from the Boise Towne Square Mall. I will gladly stay here again when in Boise.

My husband has special needs and we got a handicap room the second stay which was wonderful with the walk in shower. We will stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel the night before my wedding, and then on our wedding night as we were in town with friends and not leaving for our honeymoon until later. My room was plenty big enough for 6 girls to be in getting ready or doing the business of getting us ready. Bright, and very clean. The housekeeping staff was nice, and helpful. Bed pretty comfortable as far as a hotel bed goes, and the shower had enough water pressure to get my MASSIVE head of hair thoroughly clean. A great experience and did not upset this bride in the slightest.

The hotel is easy to access off the freeway. It is close to shopping and many restraunts. If I was needing to be close to Boise State U, I would choose a different hotel. The staff is nice, the rooms clean. The only drawback is it only has an indoor pool and it has no outside patio area.
