    Overall the stay was great, the only problem is that the wifi went down in the evening and the night clerk had not been trained in resetting the wifi unit. I had to wait until morning to access the internet. inconvenient!

    We had such a nice stay at the Best Western Burley Inn. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel grounds and pool were very nice. The staff were very friendly and more than accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was very good! We definitely plan on staying at the hotel again. It had a charm that many other hotels lack.

    We enjoyed the Best western in burley very much. The only problem was the inconsistant room service, otherwise the people were very nice and helpful and the rooms were clean. My problem was trying to get 4 face towels for the day and two days the didn't even give us clean towels. Airconditioner was not working well and we were there 12 days. The parkins resturant was great if you ate at the resturant but if you had room service the food was not what we ordered and overcooked..
