NOT SO GOOD

I choose this hotel for the price and the name. The size of the room was perfect, there were five of us, and we all wanted to stay together. I had to ask twice to get enough towels and washcloths for all of us to take a bath, and then I still had to call down to the desk and beg them to bring them up. Now I know at alot of hotels when you stay more than one day they do not change the sheets and I am okay with that. One would except them to at least empty the trash and take out the dirty linens, wrong! I had to call the desk to have this done also. To top off the week-end when I called to make reservations I ask if they had a pool/contienetal bfk. They said yes we do. When I made them for 5/1-5/3 you would think they would tell you that the pool is an outside and therefore will not be open yet, wrong again.
