Prices were fair, the room was kinda grungy. Only on the last day of my stay did I finally get some towels in the bathroom. Good thing I could shower at m sons home. Bed was dirty and tv wouldn't work right. Never again

I was there just one night over the weekend. When I got there service was alrite it took a little bit but not to bad. My room was clean other than I had a plugged toliet when i walked into the bathroom. I went to the front desk & they took care of it right away! The pool was only open till 9pm I wasn't to happy about that and it felt like bath water but it looked clean. The fitness area was extremely warm it was right next to the sauna so that's what it felt like. I don't know how anyone could work out in there. Breakfast the next morning wasn't bad except everyone was there at once & there was one person running the front desk & breakfast so we were running out of things such as the waffle batter we had to wait about 15 - 20 min. for that. The security was good it sets back off the road behind Bob Evans and I saw cops come back a couple times @ night to check things. Over all it was ok I don't know if I would stay agian though just because I paid a little extra to stay somewhere that had a pool so I could go swimming at night when there wouldn't be any kids but it closed @ 9pm.

We were disappointed with this hotel because we assumed that a "Suite" - described as a King bed and a sofa bed with fridge and microwave and coffee maker - would be two rooms with a door inbetween with two TV's and a kitchenette.

It was one room with a king bed and a sofa bed with a VERY thin mattress and a mini-fridge sitting on the floor next to it, with a microwave and coffee maker on top of the fridge. There was only one TV and the bathroom shower had next to no water pressure.

I asked for a Suite room at the desk, after seeing this room, and the clerk told me that is what they consider to be a suite. If I had known that, I would have gotten a room with two queen beds instead, so we could have at least gotten a decent night's sleepl

The sofa bed was very bad, the mattress was like a thin piece of batting.

The breakfast was good, and opened early on the weekends, which was nice because sometimes hotel breakfasts don't open until 7 or 8 am on the weekend.

The service of the staff was excelllent. Very friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in a hotel. The only thing I would say derogatory is the room was not as large as I anticipated from the online photos. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
