    This was a nice enough hotel for the price. I initially got checked into a room that had not been cleaned but the staff took care of it immediately. The location makes up for the average amenities, it was within walking distance to everything a business traveler would need or want. I would stay there again for sure.

    Stayed two nights at hotel. Air conditioner did not work first night. Told front desk and after second night unit was not yet repaired. I was told that they would repair it the next week. Would not stay at this hotel again.

    I stayed at the Mishawaka Fairfield Inn for one night while attending a seminar. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well cared for. Room was spotless. Bed was very comfy, too. The continental breakfast is far more than the basics. Waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit as well as all the bagels, cereal etc. Sorry i didn't have my bathing suit. The pool looked very inviting and was open until midnight! The only negative was my room was near the elevator and I heard the elevator chime several times during the night. Please note: this was on a non-Notre Dame football game weekend. I'm sure on the football weekends it's pretty crazy at all the hotels. Very close to University Mall and plenty of restaurants. Overall a great stay. I would receommend this hotel to any traveler.
