I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and was treated unkindly by staff and front desk manager. On the first night there, I asked for an extra blanket for my family and was told to "open a window" if my room became cold at night.
When I tried to leave a t-shirt at the front desk for another customer, I was refused and told to find a time to meet with the person because "they do not, do that type of business."
On the second day that I was there, I called the front desk and told them about the bug problem in room. Instead of assuring me that someone would be upstairs to take care of it, I was rudely informed to stop leaving food out in the open. I had not brought any food into the room!!
Overall, this place is a new building with a decent size pool, but customer service is terrible at this place. I had a terrible visit and would not come back.
