    We were only in town for one night but the hotel was great. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. And we had dinner & breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and it was very tasty. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Wichita.

    Family business takes me back to no-airport Kansas several times a year. If I am flying through Wichita and all things being equal I will book this hotel on one end of the trip. Dependable if not spectacular its a good value if you can get a good price.

    My family and i traveled to wichita to celebrate my birthday. the moment we entered the hyatt we had nothing but the best service! they gave us a complimentary cheese ...

    My family and I traveled to Wichita to celebrate my birthday. The moment we entered the Hyatt we had nothing but the BEST service! They gave us a complimentary cheese and fruit tray for my birthday, that my children LOVED. The man that drove the shuttle bus was a true gentleman. Later in the evening , my children went for a swim and afterwards they wanted a snack out of the vending machine....it was broken. Two of the staff members happened to walk by and they took us up to the cafe area and let my children pick out whatever they wanted! We were so IMPRESSED!!!
