When we arrived at the hotel, one of the desk clerks was very rude to another customer about towels and the pool and of where to go for food nearby. When I asked for towels for the pool he made it seem like I was bothering him. When I did make it to the pool the hot tub was barely working, the pool deck had mold all over it and not just in one small spot it was all over. I t was very nasty. There was never clean dry towels by the pool at all and even tho we never used it the pool looked dirty as well. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were the cheapest things I ever slept on. The breakfast buffet was a joke there was a line for everything, no milk, and everything was being eaten up that by the time it was our turn in line everything was gone. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Overall I was okay with my stay, the shower curtain had mold on it and took several request before it was changed. Beyond that I enjoyed my stay, while visiting my son at the University of Kentucky. Would probably recommend somewhere else but if all else failed I would stay here again.

Front desk employees went out of their way to be helpful with directions to the areas we needed to go. Everyone on staff that we met greeted us with a smile and hello. Rooms very clean, beds extremely comfortable, pillows are wonderful.
Only thing I would change is the ice machines, 2 needed per floor because they dont seem to produce much ice in the evening.
