The lobby of the hotel is very nice and the concierge was very helpful. The rooms are outdated and dingy. The double beds are small double beds. We had four adults in our room and booked as 4 adults but had to ask every single day we were there for another set of towels. They only seem to keep 3 sets in the rooms. The location of the hotel is decent to everything the quarter has to offer and everything is within walking distance. Would not book this hotel again.

This was our second trip this year and we felt welcome both times as soon as we walked in the lobby. Parking is convenient and I like the fact that I park my car myself. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and easily accesible to everything we wanted to do in the frenchquarter. It is also only a moments walk to Harrahs. This is the only hotel I will use in New Orleans

For an older hotel in the French Quarter, this was nice. The location is great if you want to enjoy all the French Quarter has to offer but still also be able to easily get to Canal Street, Convention Center, etc. The room was clean, bed comfortable. For the price should have included a small fridge. We were on the 17th floor and there were elevator issues each day. All four never seemed to be working at once so a lot of time spent waiting for elevators and going up and down and stopping at many floors.
