Liked the free internet; beds were nice, and room was quiet. Service wasn't good--Bad breakfast (so we only ate there once), no information on status of closed pool (took them a day to even post a "closed" sign), bathroom amenities were hard to come by (soap and shampoo weren't resupplied once in our 4-day stay!) A combination of cost-cutting and general lack of staff interest in the actual guest experience seems to have set the place on a downward spiral.

We had a great room. It was clean, and looked new. The lobby was very attractive, and the staff helpful. I would definitely book another night there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were very clean and comfortable! Will be returning to stay again!
