i have stayed in this hotel a total of 5 times, the last being 2009, I called and asked if the had repaired the ceiling in the pool area and was told, while that statement itself is true, it seams however as though the "repairs" consist of adding to the plywood patches that were present in 2009, also there are many lights out in the pool area, and, this is really gross, the kids have taken to writing their names in the scum on the tiles just above the water line in the pool, the film being thick enough to actually carve into. The last straw was dinner in the old "Montana" steak house. After 55 minutes and no dinner just rolls, I put my plates on a nearby table and walked out. There was a very large bar crowd which they seamed to cater to but neglected the hotel guests in the process. Finally, I had one more chance to let them redeem, and it flopped, last time there I enjoyed a wonderful buffet type breakfast, which they have now eliminated, sorry I am done. Hotel desperatly needs a remodel, new/better/more restaurant wait staff and somebody to perform routine pool maint.

Don't expect a boutique hotel. Close to WEBS. You need to drive to town, but there was a restaurant if you want to eat there (did not try it).

The hotel is old dreary and shabby.The staff is very nice but I paid over $100 for the room.I was on my way to Vermont.There was a thunder storm so I pulled off the road and it was the first hotel.It was pouring so hard.The lobby was leaking and they had buckets in the lobby. They should charge a very low rate but even if they did I wouldn't stay there i still have night mares about had awful it was

It may not be in the exact location where you want this hotel to be, however, my stay was great. The place looks fantastic and the staff are very nice. They were very helpful to me since I was not from the area and had to find a specific location the next morning for a meeting. Great referrals for a place to eat. I just hope this place is here the next time I need to come here for my business trip.
