upon check in i found they had given me a room with one queen bed. My itinerary said i had 2 full beds. I went back down to the front desk and politely mentioned that there might be a mistake and that i had reserved 2 full size beds. The lady working said "no you didn't." I responded, I have my itinerary here if you'd like to see it. She said "You reserved through a 3rd party. In the fine print it states that your reservations are not confirmed." Oh, okay. I say. Well i need to get two beds because my sister is flying in tomorrow. Okay, i can change that for you. What? Why did i have to get the lecture from you about my itinerary if you could give me what i needed? Add to that the next mornings breakfast buffet had mold in the shredded cheese, and in the commisary shop they had carrots and dip that were rotten and moldy. Right there in the front of the display. If anyone had bothered to check it, they would have seen it as easily as i did. Then the next night at about 3 AM, we awake to water pouring sounds. We go to the bathroom to find water pouring out of the ceiling into the tub from the bathroom upstairs! " So sorry, would you like to change rooms?" they say when we call to let them know water was pouring from our ceiling. Not at 3 AM we don't! We did get to change rooms the next day, and the techinician was nice and helped move our stuff to the next room as we were going to be out all day trying to get my dads affairs in order. They did comp me my first mornings breakfast for the hassle, and 2 comp tickets for a drink, but that's just too little for all the pain i had with them.

This was a beautiful hotel met lots of nice people, just note that if you are booking your stay this way get there early or you won't get the size bed you ordered because it is a first come first serve basis so even though you chose that king size bed you will end up with 2 full beds no matter what you checked off here. I even called the Sheraton and asked them would there be a problem with us getting there at 11 pm and they said no. Even though we paid in advance for our bed with no option to cancel we got what we got. If you need a crib as we did be prepared if you have an infant this crib is very deep and hard to bend into to lay him in there (kinda like a cage) so prob better for a toddler. Other then those 2 things we were happy with our stay.

When we first arrived the first thing that we noticed was the parking lot and area around the hotel. There were plenty of parking spaces and parking was free of charge. There are also numerous restaurants and a large shopping mall within walking distance from the hotel. As we moved into the lobby of the hotel to check in we noticed that it looked modern, clean, nicely decorated, and the staff seemed very pleasant and courteous. Needless to say it seemed as if our stay was going to be a very pleasant one.
Once we reached our room and started to settle in we began noticing a lot of details that were overlooked. The room and bathroom were very small and cramped. The bathroom in particular was dirty, it was obvious that there had been multiple and seemingly unprofessional repair attempts to the tile work in the bathtub, and there was an access door above the shower that would fall open randomly. What was on the other side of that door is not something that we really wanted to see. The water temperature would fluctuate from cold to scalding hot constantly. The carpet in the room was dirty, had no padding underneath, and wasn't even "installed" to the floor. It was just a piece of carpet laid on top of a bare floor. The rooms were very noisy. We could hear everything going on in the hall and in other rooms. Our room keys decided to de-magnetize themselves and according to the staff that is a common occurance. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows in particular were horrible. We ate breakfast once at the hotel and the food was average at best.
Overall we were not pleased with our stay. The price was far too much for the level of quality that we received. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and honestly I don't think that I will be staying at another Sheraton in the near future.

The restaurant staff on the main floor were excellent although the food was quite mediocre and not freshly made. The iced tea brewer needs to be scrubbed out. the room itself smelled like mold and mildew because there was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom and the one window in the room did not open. Ugh! Horrible, even though we were on the club level (floor six) and got free breakfast, snacks, drinks). The workout room had a sign posted not to workout there alone -- scary. The pool and hot tub were in need of care. It was quite obvious that one would not want to get in the water as it was presented. Basically this dump was a roof over our heads for the night and that's all.
