This is an excellent hotel. Nice room, friendly staff, clean, beautiful views. The hotel restaurant (The Grille) has outstanding food!!
The only cons are the internet is not free, nor is the parking (we stayed there 2 nights and paid $52 in parking at the end of our stay). There is also no shuttle service, which was inconvenient considering it was almost impossible to get a cab the weekend we were there due to a race going on.

The location is wonderful - picked up Water Taxi right outside the Hotel that was a 5 minute boat ride away for all Inner Harbor happenings. Hotel pool (indoors) was relaxing and stayed open late. Room Service was prompt (30 Minutes) food was delivered to room.
Beautiful location (on 27th Floor) had such panoramic views of the Inner Harbor and all the fascinating things to do.

From the bellstand, to the concierge, to the front desk, to the hotel bartender there was very helpul service all the way around, even breakfast buffet waitress in the Grill Room in the morning. Not bad considering It was Opening Day for the Orioles at the other end of town and the hotel was filled with high school volleyball players and parents for the state regional tournament.
