The room was clean and spacious, and the sitting area made it very comfortable. What puts this hotel above others was the exceptional service. We ran into a little snafu with our bike rack that could have derailed our our vacation, and the hotel management went above and beyond to help us. When in the Portland area again, this will surely be our choice.
This hotel's personnel always made me feel welcome.
