    For $* the access door in the lower lobby did not close completely. pool seamed clean but was painted a poor color and made you feel is was dirty. pool towels ...

    For $* the access door in the lower lobby did not close completely. Pool seamed clean but was painted a poor color and made you feel is was dirty. Pool towels were of the quality to wash your car. Room was clean. cheap towels and sheets. Rugs in hallways and rooms have seen better days. Old TV. I have stayed a much nicer hotels for the money. Not much choice in Waterville, guess they know that.

    I was not pleased with the condition of this hotel. The beds were terrible; furniture in the room, lobby, and laundry room were so soiled I wouldn't even sit on them; carpet in hallways was filthy; elevator had a terrible odor. I was so embarrased to have my family stay there. Its a disgrace to the Comfort Inn to allow it to be in such poor condition. Also - there was only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel. Would not recommend staying here again.

    Ok for a modest hotel, comfot inn, outside of waterville. nothing special, but reasonable rates and clean and quiet. exercise club pretty lame, and breakfast buffet was pathetic.
