TV in our room had some issues, but I think it was more the cable than the TV. All staff was friendy, courteous & helpful. Pool area on the fritz when we arrived, but was working in a few hours. Good breakfast. Close to mall & expressway. Definately recommend.

I was on a short trip to visit the University and stayed at this hotel since it was relatively inexpensive in comparison to nearby hotels. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. I needed access to a computer with ITunes during my stay and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. In addition the room was nice, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit oddly placed but nothing that was a big deal. Finally the morning breakfast had a nice spread, a lot more options that other hotels I've stayed at. Overall I would definetely stay here again!

I have stayed in many places in Ann Arbor and I found Fairfield Inn to be the best for quality and price. We needed a conveniently located place that would provide a good night's sleep and we got that in spades. The young woman who checked us in was conscientious and pleasant. I used the workout room and unfortunately didn't have time to swim in the pool. The room was clean, there was a good breakfast and check out was no problem.
