the only problem we had was with the bathroom, toilet to close to the door, not much room, can not share if we had to, on Sunday morning I only had a luke warm shower, the battery on the remote went dead, which is not a bad thing, I just did it the old fashion way with the buttons, the staff was good, I realies its a good motel but the food needs to stick with a kids menu, where hamburgers are just made with hamburger, no special ingredients, it didn't taste like a burger my grandson would not eat it, and missed the contennential breakfast its so convenient. Keep in mind that not all people can ride the elevator, so keep the food on the main floor, otherwise I would stay again when I go alone, thank you,

A friend of mine and I needed a place to lay our head before an early morning race start. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the people. The bed was a select comfort and one of the two wasn't functioning and the other made loud noises when you rolled over. In short - great location, incredible staff, but the facilities are in dire need of a meaningful update.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times now. It is a great location, especially if your going to an event at the convention center, the Bayfront Festival park or planning a day at Canal Park. You just have to walk across the bridge and your there. The rooms were very clean and nice. Most of the views from the rooms are beautiful. They have a fairly large parking lot. The pool area was fun. The one problem I had was during check in time they only had one person working the front desk so I stood in line for a very long time to check in. Other then that the staff was very nice and helpful. One tip: skip the revolving restaurant if your hungover! If your not hungover go! They have a great brunch.
