Overall friendly staff and clean rooms but disappointing logistics

We chose this hotel for location, price and wanted an indoor pool for the kids to enjoy. The location was great for what we had planned, the room clean, staff friendly and overall good choice for the money. The disappointment was that the pictures online could not clearly depict that the indoor pool that we very nice, clean, well heated, and spacious was in a separate building as was everything. This was the old motel style rooms with all outside hallways and doors also. The breakfast room was small and in a separate small building also, but the food was good. I would stay there again if the weather was going to be warmer, but for the colder months we'll make another choice.
Good customer service. work to make stay enjoyable.

A good clean comfortable hotel with helpful and courteous staff. Room was clean, bed was comfortable enough and AC worked fine which was nice since temps topped 100 for two
days. Breakfast lacked variety but had all the staples you would want. Location good for shows.We were within a 15 minute walk to several of the theaters. On the whole good value for the money and would recommend.

I stayed four nights. I had no issues with this hotel, and that is what you want. I went to Branson for a good time, the hotel made that possible. Negatively speaking, no bugs, no bad smells, no loud noises, not too far from things. not too much money. If I were to return this is where I would want to be.
