    This property advertises itself as recently renovated. That was not our experience. Carpets in hallways were filthy. Standing water in bath tub -- we could not shower. When we informed front desk attendant about standing water in tub, she said she could do nothing about it and at our request, she said she would have the manager call us. We have never received a call from the manager or any other person from this property. Service is equal to a one-star property, or less. We have stayed in 18 hotels/motels in the past three months. This property advertises as a 3-star property but it is a 1-star property charging 3-star rates. We received no customer service, no resolution of plumbing issue, and dirty carpets.

    Nice spacious room that was clean. each room has a large flat screen TV and internet service that you can connect to via hard wire or wireless. Friendly staff. Hotel also has a restaurant and is close to many others and gas station. close to the freeway. Would stay there again.

    Was disappointing that there was no elevator on the property; front desk staff had to assist with getting our luggage to the second floor. restaurant on site was excellent and ...

    was disappointing that there was no elevator on the property; front desk staff had to assist with getting our luggage to the second floor. Restaurant on site was excellent and would highly recommend! Utilized shuttle service to the airport at very early departure time and was very pleased with promptness and service.
