We stayed knowing what others had said about the rooms needing updating but figured as long as it was clean and for the money, it would be ok. We just got back and while I can tell you without any reservation that the staff was wonderful, the rooms had a lot to be desired. When we first got there, the room we were given had clearly been used by someone else and never cleaned. They immediately put us in another room that we waited for the housecleaning staff to finish. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon mind you. In our newly assigned room, the AC unit was loud and rattled everything in the room. The room was definitely clean, but the bathroom repairs over the years have been clearly half fast and absolutely should be redone. There's no fan in the bathroom, so while I'm sure the cleaning staff does their best with the supplies given, there are spots of mold and mildew around the antiquated jacuzzi tub. Also, the shower is in the jacuzzi so you are stepping higher than in a normal tub to take a shower. I wouldn't sit in the jacuzzi on a bet. The elevator sounds like it is ready to fall at any minute. Again, I don't mean to bash the hard working staff there, but the owner's really need to stop trying to put a band aid over the problems, put some serious money into it and start fixing things the right way.

We had a lower level room which was below grade of parking next door. Due to heavy rain the carpet was completely soaked near the window. Used sheets were left on the pullout. Overall yucky. Only good thing
was it was nearby restaurants. We were too tired to ask for a different room. Won't go back here again for sure.

Arrived, lobby looked nice and well kept. That was the only thing about this hotel that was. The room was a shoebox and the parking lot was virtually vacant. I asked for an upgrade. They offered an upgrade to a suite (lol) with jacuzzi for more money. I said ok. Although the new room was bigger, it was unkempt but not filthy. The desk people were completely unfriendly and the breakfast was a joke. Don't bother with this place.
