Ten dollars a night to park. Come on. Was never advised that the entire 3rd floor was under renovation. Of course, that is where the fitness room and pool are located. Had to walk through and around plastic tarps and dusty floors. Was originally assigned a room with 2 double beds but was changed, at request to a king bed for my wife and I. No fridge in the room. Found letter (college test grades) in the hallway and gave it to the desk who was apparently unconcerned and put it in the mail again rather than check to see if the recipient was a guest.

Located in downtown Manchester, this hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and changed my room from two queens to a king on request. Didn't care for the sleep number bed as it seemed to jump to the hardest setting when not in use.

  • it fit a need

We chose this hotel because of it's location, price and convenience. it looked nice but was a bit cramped. it was good for one night.

The good: The hotel has a great location, is clean, and the room was great. The bad: The parking garage is confusing and hard to find and its a long walk dragging your bags from the garage to the room. The Ugly: I was so unimpressed with all aspects of the service. I called because I had lost my debt card right before arriving and the person was down right unfriendly. We then ate in the restaurant and the service was terrible. We waited 30 minutes to pay our check after they handed it to us and at one point had to track someone down just to try and find our waitress. Once home we realized we left a camera cable that they were able to find for us but when asked how much and who would be charging the credit card information they told us "we are not a shipping company". After 45 minutes and seven phone calls later we finally got someone to agree to send it to us. So moral is nice hotel, great location, comfy beds - horrible service. Im not sure even with the location we would go back.

This hotel is located in downtown literally. It is walking distance from a long street area of great restaurants and shopping and a beautiful park. It is located a highway hop, skip and jump from the Manchester airport. The beds were great, if even if the room was smaller than expected and pricier than warranted. The only caveat to staying at this hotel is the parking garage. It is extremely difficult to find, park in and with access to and from the hotel and your baggage. If you don't have a car to park, and you're flying out, be prepared for a nearly $20 cab ride to the airport, as the hotel has no shuttle. Other than that, we didn't eat at the restaurant located in the hotel, but rather at a great Mexican place on the downtown street we walked to. We tried the tiny, old pool out and the cold jacuzzi and found them unsuitable. Customer service was great and the room was very clean. As a veteran traveler, I found this hotel to be a 2.5-3 out of 5. It is sufficient; not poor or excellent.
