I left my wedding rings behind after a recent visit and the staff was completely competent is finding the rings, securing them and getting them shipped to me by UPS. They were also very reassuring to me on my many panicked phone calls. I am grateful for their job well done!

The North Conway area is great all year round, and my daughter & I chose to spend a few days. It was very hot, over 90 degrees, and rooms were clean & very comfortable. Of course, even the indoor pool was crowded yet a welcome swim at night! I liked the wifi access to connect in the air conditioned room. THe staff was always courteous to my daughter and to us both--as well as general kindness I observed in them treating other guests. We got a value special deal, and I was pleasantly surprised. I love 4 & 5 star luxury hotels, and this also suits the bill for a simple place to stay for a weekend or a week.
