I stayed at this hotel because I work about 2 miles away but live about 65 miles away. I just wanted a place to crash when I knew it would be a late night at work. The staff was great, the room was clean and no real complaints there. I think that the price was a tad more than the room was worth, but not much. The restaurant had great food no liquor license (I could have used a beer that night) and was fairly priced.
The free breakfast in the morning was awesome! great omelet station and crispy bacon, perhaps one of the best parts of my stay.

On November 28, 2009 I booked a room here with my friends for my birthday, everything was perfect. The room was wonderful with so many different ammenities that 5 star hotels wouldnt even have, examples: extra bath robes, coffe pot, flat screen tvs(with movie channels!), free internet for my laptop and we were walking distance to everything Morristown has to offer. From this experience alone, when traveling I will always stay at a Best Western. Also I wanted to comment on the customer service, I have never met such nice people in my life. The front desk receptionist made sure everything accommodated my needs. She even went as far as calling the general manager for approval, I could tell she really cared about how my experience at her hotel was. For sometimes an $* rate how could you possibly go wrong? Great people, great food, great experience. I'm going to make sure to reccomend the Morristown Inn to everyone I know.
