Constant loud buzz in room 113 made it impossible to sleep

Room 113 is really awful. there is a constant loud buzz from the maintenance room next door, directly behind the bed's head. the noise kept me awake all night. ...
Room 113 is really awful. There is a constant loud buzz from the maintenance room next door, directly behind the bed's head. The noise kept me awake all night. I don't know who can sleep there unless they're deaf. I asked to change rooms but was not given that option as the hotel was full. All we were offered was complimentary breakfast. I would have prefered sleep, which actually the main reason for staying in a hotel.
I don't know whether this is the only room with this problem, but I would guess that they have heard similar complaints thousands of times and yet continue to rent this room. Reeks of greed and disregard for the customer.
This hotel sets the standards others should follow. Loved it

From the moment I entered the lobby, the staff was attentive, friendly and polite. I came to New Mexico to go to a Bead Fest convention in Santa Fe, this is hotel was centrally located and satisfied all my needs. My accommodations exceeded my expectations, spacious, clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend to my friends and will come stay again. The breakfast was fantastic.
