I am partial to Hampton Inns and have stayed in many. This appears to be an older facility - outside entrances to the rooms, closet door scraps the floor when opened, faucet drips. Otherwise, it is a good room with good service for the price paid.

The beds were pretty comfortable. The TV was an old fashioned one that you find in the lower priced hotels in Albuquerque. The rooms were not overly clean, the sofa bed had stains on it. The walls on the outside needed to be painted or cleaned. But the staff were really great, the breakfast was better than most that I have had. (And I stay in a lot of hotels :-)) Honestly, for the price I paid for the room, I could have stayed at another hotel in that area (which I have) that included a refrigerator, Microwave and a brand new hotel with hotel lobby entrance and extremely clean rooms.

This Hampton Inn is not set up like those I have visited in the past; it is more like a motel. They made up for this my professional, friendly service.

Staff was good, breakfast was adequate, cleaning staff could have been better (did not clean room because at first stop we were still dressing), great location for where we wanted to go.
