I was pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door of my room. It was spacious and comfortable with every ammenity I could ever want. When I climbed into bed the down pillow (at least it felt like down) made it seem just like home. For the money this hotel was by far one of the best I've stayed in.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly. The room was very comfortable, clean, and decorated nicely. Location is very convenient if you are going to be traveling via the Sunport. Will definitely stay again!

Checked in on a thurs night. There were banging doors and loud noises in the hall from 11pm to 3am. The doors were slamming alll night it was like artillery, no kidding. Called the front desk at 11pm, 12am, 2am and 3am. They said hopefully it will go away...

If you want a good night's sleep go somewhere else or take your chances. Warning, the walls are very very thin. This hotel is not up to the standards of a Hyatt, Marriott or normal Hilton.

The hotel staff said sorry about the noise all night. We'd like to give you 400 hilton pts, worth about $*... I'm serious.
