While the front desk was not overly friendly the room was very clean. I did have one issue I was uncomfortable with and that was the window in my room didn't close tightly and the screen was bent. However there was a bar in the window to keep someone from breaking in from the outside ground level. Because the window didn't close all the way there was traffic noise but the street was quiet after about 11pm. Breakfast was fair.

As we were walking inside to check in, my 6yr old son had to use the restroom; the front desk staff was very nice about letting us use theirs while my husband checked us in. Overall, the hotel is clean, the rooms are clean; but the stairs really needed vacuuming. I recommend placing more towels in the bathroom; we are a family of four and 2 towels doesn't cut it. When I asked the housekeeping lady for more toiletries, she was very friendly & understanding. Each staff member is very friendly, helpful, & courteous. I don't feel we received what we paid for but at least we were treated properly, that's more important to us.

This super 8 is definitely the best hotel as far as hospitality, cleanliness, and quietness! It was hard to find a hotel on north main street with all of these great features. It seems as though the hotel is still improving and upgrading. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the safe area and my great experience! The heated pool and jacuzzi is very nice, and the staff members are well trained! I just want to thank them for being so great during my visit to Roswell,NM
