The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The location is great - easy walk to Railyard District and Plaza.

I've stayed here several times over the years. The prices just keep going up, even with the specials. This was the first time I noticed an extra $15 per day fee added to my bill. It came with a brochure explaining the fee. It covered things like the "free" parking lot, the "free" shuttle services, coffee/tea in the mornings, and a few other things. They donate some of the money to the arts. Donating to the arts is wonderful but I felt this fee was a bit over the top considering I'm already being charged close to a 20% room tax. So although the hotel is comfortable, attractively furnished, convenient to a lot Santa Fe has to offer, and has friendly employees, I can't recommend staying here unless you don't mind paying fees on top of your hefty room tax.

I met several girlfriends here, and we had a great time. The shuttlebus driver was good, although he missed us on the pick up on the corner, so we just called the hotel back.

My wife and I had a great time getting away to Sante Fe for a few days. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very comfortable, well maintained, friendly staff, good location and free shuttle service to The Plaza and other attractions within 1 mile. A very nice lobby bar and lounge with a very talented house musican playing spanish guitar and native american flute music. Good buffet breakfast reasonably priced. We would stay again.
