I booked a smoking room with a king sized bed. They tried to give me a non-smoking 2-double bed room. I complained and was informed that no smoking rooms were available. They eventually gave me a king sized non-smoking room but acted like I was being unreasonable. The help seemed overworked or atleast annoyed. The room itself was unclean and in rundown shape. The bed was lumpy and needed to be replaced. There was a recliner in the room that wasn't in to bad of shape. Ultimately my dissapointment in the room selection and overall quality of the room, would cause me to search out other locations to stay in the future. I don't really think that my money was well spent.
