Hotel was fine and a great value. One of the nicest Microtels I've stayed in. But the Wireless Internet did not work all week long. The first night I was assured the service provider was coming to fix it soon. I never got a strong enough signal to conduct business all week long. Rooms are a little claustrophobic after a week.

We ahd stayed here once before. The only glinch was that I used the directions from Mapquest and they diverted us around Balwinsville the long way. Because it was 11PM I followed their directions-if it had been daytime, I would have recongnized the area to find our Microtel. Having the use of a computer to check our e-mails was very helpful ! The desk staff was really efficient and welcoming-I wish I had taken extra time to jot down their names !

On our way to Niagra Falls, my girlfriend and I stopped in Baldwinsville for a night's rest. The room was clean, staff were very nice and the continental breakfast was convenient. Our only issue was with the bed because it was very uncomfortable. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, tnen try a different hotel or perhaps stay here for one night only.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. I was even allowed to do a late checkout for a minimal charge. The rooms were extremley clean and comfortable. I would stay again anytime.
