My overall experience was great. Hotel was close to bars and the famous anchor bar. Staff made us feel welcomed. Room service was pricey but good. Love that there was a microwave and fridge for our late night snacks! I would stay here again if I got a better rate. Wish there was a pool and free breakfast.

Good place to stay for downtown activities. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Extra fee for valet parking but car was always ready when asked. Not much close by but just a couple blocks from Allen/Elmwood area and if you like to walk you can walk to new places on Chippewah.

This was a lovely hotel with front-desk staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. They recommended an art fair to us which turned out to be great fun. They also were very helpful in getting our rental car in and out as needed.

This hotel was a nice hotel and I would imagine that most people who stay there are visiting the medical corridor that is surrounding the neighborhood. It is not close to downtown, though they do provide a shuttle with excellent drivers. The drivers were the nicest and most helpful members of the staff. They were fully booked that weekend, and some of the front desk staff seemed frazzeled. Everything else was perfectly fine with the hotel.
