Complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby. Nice place! Great service! Lovely and very modern room! Pam, the front desk attendant during our check-in, was very friendly and helpful. The check-out attendants were very nice as well. Try the pancakes at the hotel restaurant with REAL Canadian maple syrup. ...and no extra charge for parking.

The view was great. We stayed right down by the water and could watch activities out on the ice. The lobby is wonderful and the fireplace was so inviting. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel and the bathroom was wonderful.

Rooms overlook the town & beautiful Mirror Lake. Gorgeous sunrise from your balcony! Friendly, professional staff. Restaurant food preparation and quality is not up to par with the resort but the manager dealt with this promptly.

Great value for the money, well located in center of town convenient to dining & shopping. Views of Mirror Lake were stunning! We're disappointed in food service. Cheese Fondue was lukewarm & staff did not seem to know how to keep it lit outdoors--in spite of the fact that it seemed to be a big seller! Entree salad was not as fresh as it could have been.
