Hotel was really nice but the cleaning lady took one of my towels on my second day. It was disappointing because they said they would call me to mail my towel & never got back to me. I was really upset. Very irresponsible on their behalf

This hotel wasn't the "fanciest", but the accommodations were relatively clean and the bed super comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the staff member that could give me directions from the airport to the hotel in a clear manner. When I arrived, he was just as pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

We actually never even stayed the night. We had prepaid for the room and chose to leave rather than stay. It was nothing like the pictures. The entire hotel smells like a cigarette. It is run down on the outside. The bed seemed comfortable, but there were stains on the sheets and dust ruffles, which pretty much ruins the whole experience. It just was not desirable. The staff was OK, but there was only 1 person working, so if he had to leave the desk, there was no one else to help you.

The Ramada Columbus North was a very comfortable Hotel. The service staff were pleasant and accommodating. The room was spacious and had the now regular extras of a hair dryer and coffee machine, but it also had an iron and ironing board, and refrigerator and microwave. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was clean. The only issues were that the room that could adjoin mine had an arguing couple in it one evening and it was a little disruptive. I am sure that I could have contacted the desk, but I was hesitant to escalate the situation. Also, the wireless was not consistent at all. I could not keep a connection, which was frustrating as I did have things to do that needed the internet. If I needed the internet during my stay I would probably not stay there again, but I should say that they did have computer work stations available, but I never looked into the procedure of using them. I prefer privacy.
