The entire building smelled like smoke. The room is very old and tired. The upholstered chair had holes in it. We walked in the room and stayed 3 minutes. We are very disappointed. We drove to Columbus, Ohio and stayed there. I did not ask for my money back. This place is sub standard
Nothing super fancy about this hotel, but a good bargain for the price with straightforward, clean accommodations. a nice little pool and hot tub as well!

We visit Hocking Hills frequently, but had always stayed in a cabin or a tent. The hotel was a real treat and well worth the money. It was really convenient to have breakfast there and there was a great selection. The pool area was really spacious and clean. This was probably one of our best visits and I know we'll make sure we stay here for our future visists!

I was expecting a dumpy little place, but was very pleased and would stay here again. The staff was friendly and very helpful at checkin. Checkout was automatic, but I went to the desk anyway to buy stamps and again they were very helpful. The room was clean and was not cramped also had a small refrig and microwave. Bathroom and sheets were clean. The free breakfast wasn't bad. They had individually wrapped frozen french toast and waffles that you could heat up in the toaster or microwave. Packets of Oatmeal, bagles, cereal, fruit, etc. Within walking distance was a minigolf place and a feed the animals with goats and white reindeer. A few shops and a Dutch/ Amish Style restaurnt. Also a Walmart very close by. We got gas from there. They do charge a safe fee. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.
