    Very polite and helpful staff.was late for breakfast but staff still offered me something to eat.

    VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL STAFF.WAS LATE FOR BREAKFAST BUT STAFF STILL OFFERED ME SOMETHING TO EAT.

    Plus: location (close to Ohio Turnpike); room and common areas were very clean Cons: Needs improved ventilation. All rooms have fridge and microwave, but the entire hotel smells of fried food. Our hallway smelled heavily of marijuana. Also, we stayed in February and it was very cold outside. Had to run AC in room (and I am genrally cold!). Entire hotel felt "stuffy." Beds were HORRIBLE...even the kids commented on how incomfortable they were. Breakfast needs improvement. Juice tasted like water. Cream cheese appeared to have been frozen then thawed.

  • Very convient to Maumee and highways

    Our problem was that although we had a smoke free room, the air quality was very poor. the bathroom fan blew smoke smelling air into the entire space.
