Warm reception by the staff, even the maintenance crew. Rooms are clean, beds are firm and comfortable. TVs are functional with complete cable service but quite dated--blurred picture, no flat screen that I am more accustomed to. We were just visiting family in the area and the Ramada's rates were a great deal for us. Breakfast was not included and we ate at the Eastern Market, so I can't speak to the food quality.

A good place if you want a quiet night -- a first-rate bed, lotsa TV channels and even though it's next to an expressway, traffic was inaudible. There's nothin' to do in the neighborhood other than walk across the street to the Big Boy, the hotel bar was like the day after a neutron bomb hit ... but if you want excitement you shouldn't be in Toledo in the first place. The staff were helpful, everything seemed clean, internet worked fine.

Felt as if I took a trip back around 30 years when I checked in. This is an older property that is in desperate need of updating. Bed was OK, but room still had the old-style air conditioning unit versus a thermostat that is now available in most more-modern hotels. TV was not a flat-screen and reception was spotty, although a significant number of channels were available. Would have been nice to see a crisp and clean picture on every channel. The worst thing was the fact that I could smell cigarette smoke and our room was on a non-smoking floor.

The price value was worth the stay. The room was not clean in corners or the back of the couches or underneath the table. But, the stay was comfortable as it was for one day for the night to continue traveling on toward the Midwest.
Also, as there was a conference going on, there were lots of families and groups hanging around in rooms which was a bit noisy.
The location was not that great as one needed a car to travel around and to go and eat.
But, overall, the hotel was comfortable because of the price value for the short stay.
