The room we recieved was fine....accept for the noise above us on our first night. The staff let us move into a different room on the opposite side of the hotel. The only drawback was that instead of 2 queen beds, it had 2 full size beds (but it was much more quiet). Since travel agency does all charges on their credit card, we couldn't get a discount off of our bill, I guess that's what you get when you use a site like this. The hotel in general was fine, everything appeared to work fine and the room seemed to be clean. We would stay somewhere else if there was another place nearby, but there's not. I heard that the Econolodge (even though it appears to be newer) in Chandler was not good at all. The Best Western wasn't bad, but it wasn't a Holiday Inn. They seem to be consistantly the best in our opinion.

This hotel was great from the start, the lady that checked me in was very nice, there was a computer w/ a printer in the lobby so I could print my boarding pass. Theres a restaurant on site which beats the heck out of continental breakfast. My bed was comfortable, pillows soft, cable worked great, wireless internet was a good strong connection, room was clean and the towels were soft. I'd definately stay again. Its not a 4 star hotel but that wasnt what I was looking for.
