I will be staying at this hotel again, helpful staff, great room, great location. Absolutely no complaints.

A top-notch job was done with the remodel of this existing hotel in Tulsa. I stayed over the Christmas weekend, where I was just one of a handful of guests. The check-in went smoothly and was of the Hyatt standard. I was most pleasantly surprised to reach my hotel room suite where an oversized wrap-around couch with pull-out bed, desk with lamp, sink and fridge, makeup and bathroom sink area greeted me. The room was huge and had very modern fixtures/linens and an extremely large flat screen T.V. I had debated staying at the nearby Doubletree again, but am so glad I chose this hotel instead. It was newer, quieter and $10 cheaper than the Doubletree. The continental breakfast the next morning was standard cereal, yogurt, English muffin, coffee, juices, etc. I'm a little more picky with breakfast, but you can't beat the price - FREE. Overall, the hotel was a wonderful deal and afforded me a very peaceful night's rest.

I was very pleased with our room and the service. I would recomend this place to others. I only have one suggestion and that is bathroom had a slight smell but other than that I loved it there. It was truly handicapped accessible and the staff was friending and helpful. I would come back and stay again. Keep up the GREAT work.

Everthing was great, but what makes this hotel is the people! I met a fellow marine[there are no "EX" Marines,] and a nice young man from Rhodesia, where I spent alot of time in the old days! I have travelled all over the world and have never met such kind and sincere of a staff. I will always stay there when in Tulsa!!
