I have stayed at the DoubleTree and other Hilton properties many times. We travel often. I usually travel without my small dog. This time she came with us. I spoke to 2 different representatives prior to our arrival. I asked if there were any specifics I needed to know regarding my pet staying. "Nope, we're pet friendly." After midnight, when we arrived, the clerk charged me $50 for a "cleaning fee" even if there was no additional cleaning necessary. Had I been told ahead of time, we may or may not have chosen this Hotel. I, however, would have at least had the opportunity to decide if this was a fair charge and choose my lodging location accordingly. DoubleTree gets a thumbs down for poor communication. One of the bathroom lights was burnt out and there was some discoloration on our comforter that was concerning. I was disappointed in this stay. We usually like Hilton properties but not this time.

Love this hotel. It is absolutely stunning. As we drove up to the hotel it set the tone for our weekend. The greeting staff, check-in staff did not fail us, they made us feel instantly welcome. The hotels location is in an excellent part of town, easy to go any direction of Tulsa. We will definitely stay here again.

Born and raised in Tulsa, came back for a long weekend. Several different groups converged on the hotel, between a military reunion and a special needs conference along with several wedding parties. The staff did a nice job of still being able to attend to a singe room that was not part of any of the groups. I would definitely return.

We began traveling to Tulsa in 2003 due to my husband's father's illness. Up to 2010, we stayed at this hotel during our visits to Tulsa with the exception of one time because of the last minute travel arrangements, the hotel could not accommodate us, so we had to stay at a different hotel, which was not as nice as this hotel.
We would like to say that the customer service (valet parking, maid service, room service and the staff in the bar) is excellent.
Always enjoy our stay at this hotel.

Worse experince at a Doubletree!! We arrived at the hotel at check in at 3pm. We were told that our room would be ready in 30 minutes. We returned at 4:30 to be told that it would be another 45 minutes. They gave us a key to a wrong room! at 5:30! THe wrong room was on a smoking floor. When we went back to the desk the manager denied making a mistake. We did not get in to our room until 6:30pm!! This made us late for our event at 7pm.
We talked to both the day and night managers and both were apathetic. We were not the only guests with problems. Each trip to the front desk we stood in line with a crowd of complaining guests. Avoid this hotel!!!!
