Staff friendly, helpful. Room had hole in wall where door handle hit, no door stop. More or less clean, cobwebs in higher areas, carpet could be cleaned. Debris around carpet at walls, bed, etc. Desk lamp had no on-off switch. Pool clean, breakfast bar area crowded, fair selection. Ok for an overnite. Would use again.

This hotel is a dive stay away! We got in late at night and the girl at the counter was very nice, matter of fact all of the people we worked with there were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was a mess. No Elevator, so don't bring much in from the car. The sink was busted and shot a blast of high-pressured water out in all directions. One of the guest or employees perm-a-parked their car in the loading area so it wouldn't get ripped off, not a bad idea considering the neighborhood, but the rest of us couldn't load or unload during the squall of rain - normal for Portland. So we had to park in the McDonalds lot - luckily it?s only 10 feet from the hotel.
The beds were the cheapest you can buy and very uncomfortable, but still better than the cheap little sofa in the corner! The next morning, the room stunk so bad. It smelled like the sewage ? it was so disgusting! So we ran down to their joke of a breakfast - normal waffles but you had to share the syrup bottle with all the other guests ? real classy. Always fun sharing a sticky bottle with a strange family of 8. Really how cheap can you get! Couldn't even have cereal because the milk was so bad it had to be either old or powdered! They even cut the muffins into little tiny strips so we wouldn?t eat too much. The paper is free but only a few of them are at the front desk so be one of the first. but you can also listen to the other guest forming a lne to complain about the irons that stain, the tiny towels...

Room was sparse. We stayed with our 3 kids in a room with 2 queen beds. The only place to sit down, other than the beds was the desk chair. I expected a suite hotel to have small sofas or a couple of chairs. Bathroom had only a shower, not a tub. Pool was small - no hot tub.
This is an economy hotel, which is not what the price seemed to indicate. Not a good value for the dollar.

I'm not sure how the place got three stars. The place was clean but really run down. And the trafic was terrible, couldn't get in and out of the parking lot. The breakfast was fine. The beds were really hard.

This motel is on the corner of two very busy streets and the trafic doesn't die down at night! lt keept me awake all night. The beds are the worst we ever slept on. I almost got up and slept on the floor thinking it would be softer. My husbands back ached for a week. There were holes and cracks in the bath tub and on the toilet seat. It smelled like smoke and there is no elevator. Seems like staff was allways watching and questioning us, and not concerned with our needs. Three stars? No way!
