We got into the hotel in the middle of the night. In the morning I went #2 in the bathroom, and discovered that the toilet wouldn't flush. It wasn't clogged, or anything like that. It was totally broken. My husband told the lady at the front desk, and she opened the door to the employee's restroom and said we were welcome to use that. She expected us to shower in the stinky bathroom in our hotel room. She didn't have great people skills. Also the pool was a little too cold. The breakfast was fine; waffle batter with a waffle iron, to make your own belgian waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, and cereal. If you do plan on staying here, try to avoid getting room 120, in case that toilet stops working again.

I was surprised that smoking and non-smoking rooms were side by side on the floors. As soon as you entered the hall, there was a smoky smell. Staff was very courteous and lobby was clean.

WE AHVE SPENT MANY MONTHS COMING HERE HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY GOOD BY THE STAFF. THE ONLY ROOM I SEE FOR IMPROVMENT IS THEY NEED MAIDS THAT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING. I WAS A MAID FOR YEARS AND WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN AWAY WITH WHAT THEY DO.

Once a year, we stay in Pendleton. Our preferred hotel had the pool closed for maintenance this year, so we went to the Super 8 since they had a indoor pool too. It wasn't worth leaving our other hotel. The hot tub was luke warm and the bed was so lumpy/old, I didn't sleep at all. I told the kids I will not change hotels again, even if the other hotel has the indoor pool closed!
