although it appeared to be tecently renovated, ere were some issues. Our door jamb was broken on arrival ( loose and missing a screw) took a day to fix. toilet ran constantly unless tank top removed and measures taken to remedy.
the maid service was EXCELLENT, but other service fair. Lobby should not be cleaned with chemicals during the mornings when people on computers. NEEDS wireless access in rooms ( even if extra charge). Lobby access VERY slow. Restaurant and bar woefully understaffed, and food sub-standard....

Only King beds are in the basement (should fix this), and it is musty on that level! Or improve the air circulation! higher level are only twin beds and probably fine. Bed was comfortable and pillows. Bit dated. Close to the airport. Carried my favorite Vodka OPULENT, and my wife's KINKY Liqueur.

My family stayed at the Sheraton while in the area for a local conference in Providence. Hotel was convenient to the interstate, and close by anything you could want. Room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter especially enjoyed the pool, and the fitness room was adequate for a hotel of its size. Parking was a little difficult, not a lot of convenient parking.

Close to the airport was a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, neat and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I found the floor plan to be confusing, but overall enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
